Santoku Senpaku Co., Ltd. (“Santoku Senpaku”) co-hosted a Christmas Party with the manning company Orophil Shipping Int’l Co., Inc. (“Orophil”) in Manila, Bacolod, and Davao, Philippines.

Approximately 700 participants, including Orophil employees, seafarers and their families were invited to the Christmas party. President Taga and 14 employees participated from Santoku Senpaku.
Established in 1980, Orophil is a manning company that provides highly skilled seafarers for a diverse range of vessels, including bulk carriers, container ships, refrigerated cargo vessels, and woodchip carriers. With the aim of ensuring high quality seafarers, Orophil actively recruits graduates from Visayan Maritime Academy Global College, a maritime education institution in the Philippines. Orophil has received the “Agency Performance Awards 2005” from the Philippine Maritime Industry Authority, for having a proven track record in the maritime industry.
Santoku Senapku and Orophil have been business partnership for over 40 years and have built a good relationship through the manning of 46 vessels, including those owned by Santoku Senpaku and those entrusted to Santoku Senpaku for ship management services. To express gratitude for the continued safe operations of vessels, Santoku Senapku and Orophil organized the Christmas Party together.
During the Christmas party, President Taga expressed his gratitude to the seafarers for their tireless efforts in maintaining safe operations and appreciation to Orophil employees and their families.
Santoku Senpaku will continuously strengthen cooperation with seafarers, employees, and their families to provide safe operations and high-quality transportation services.
