Founded in 1972, our company began with the Manning Service. Over the past 50 years, we have diversified our operations from Manning Service to Ship Management Service, and ownership of both domestic and international vessels. Our

Vessel Ownership
As our core business, we own approximately 70 vessels, including both domestic and international ships. Our fleet includes bulk carriers, car carriers, reefer ships, and container ships. We have medium- to long-term charter contracts
with major domestic and international shipping companies and cargo owners. Additionally, we are continuously investing in environmentally friendly new ships, such as LNG-fueled car carriers and methanol-fueled bulk carriers, to reduce
environmental impact. We aim to expand and modernize our fleet to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Ship Management Service
In addition to managing our own vessels, we provide advanced maintenance and management services for vessels owned by other shipowners under the supervision of experienced managers. We ensure safe operation in compliance with international treaties and regional regulations. Our management fleet includes bulk carriers, car carriers, reefer ships, and container ships. We have earned strong trust from shipowners and clients through our network with major domestic and international shipyards and our meticulous hull maintenance management. As ship management becomes more sophisticated with the use of low-emission fuels (LNG, methanol, biofuels) and modern equipment, we ensure safe operation through collaboration and continuous learning by all our employees.
Manning Service
We employ and dispatch seafarers essential for ship operation. For international vessels, we primarily place Filipino seafarers, as well as seafarers from China, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and other countries. We collaborate with local agents to secure experienced seafarers, providing placement services for both our vessels and those of other shipowners. Our long-term relationships with top seafarer placement agents ensure the provision of experienced crew members to our customers.
We have long supported the four-year maritime university, VMA Global College (Bacolod City, Philippines), a prestigious institution in the Philippines that annually produces numerous skilled maritime professionals for the global maritime industry. The university also includes a training center, providing a comprehensive educational environment based on international standards.
